Long gone are those days when people really used to pen down their feelings onto the paper, slide the letter down into the red box and wait for the person at the other end to receive it. An era where the waits were indeed bitter at some point, but also the time where the happiness was multiplied exponentially when letters were exchanged. I miss letters now; many do. Waiting has it's good side too i guess; well, its always when more special to receive something you waited for. I never did write much letters myself, but have seen the letters my parents used to write to each other. Those are treasures.. real treasures because people take care to preserve them compared to the well automated system like whatsapp which gives you the backed up texts each time something goes wrong. Things are so easy and even i love it, like everybody else.
Now ... Why this blog ?
Things have become fast and easy, but how about we try something that we might not get to do in a few years ? Yeah...write a few letters maybe.
If you can, write letters to your old friends or the new ones whichever suits you. But to make it more national, it would be nice if people start writing letters to one another. Just like you find a pen-friend, people can just give their addresses here and we could just start a letter writing revolution.
Lets start WRITING !
